Guidelines for In-Person Classes

**BY REGISTERING AND PAYING TUITION FOR A CLASS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING GUDELINES:

We will not refund, prorate, or credit tuition if we are unable to hold classes due to issues related to Covid and the pandemic.

  • We will not ask for vaccination status at this time.
  • Masks are not required but optional at this time, regardless of vaccination status
  • Limited enrollment in some classes (based on teacher preference)

**If you or your child is sick, please stay home until you are fully recovered. If you or your child has had a fever, you must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class.

Do not come if you have been exposed to Covid-19.

If you test positive after attending class, you will report this to us so we can inform families of exposure (this will be confidential).

If we must cancel the indoor option once classes start due to Covid related issues, i,e., exposure, federal, state, city, or county orders, classes will be moved and offered via Zoom.  We will not offer refunds, credits, or prorate if this happens.

You will not hold Music Together of the Vail Valley LLC liable if you or anyone in your family contracts Covid-19 and you suspect it is from attending class.

The teacher, Liz Bolster, is fully vaccinated

We will provide lots of hand sanitizer, wipes, etc. however we encourage you to bring your own and what you are comfortable using.

*We reserve the right to amend these procedures at any time before the session begins and/or during the session.

We ask for your help in keeping all the members of our musical community healthy by following these protocols. Our classes may have immune-compromised individuals who may be more susceptible to viral respiratory infections, including influenza and COVID-19, so your vigilance and adherence to this health policy is extremely important. Our teachers reserve the right to send a family home from class if they feel these sickness protocols are not being followed.

  • We ask that all adults and children wash their hands before and after class for at least 20 seconds. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for this.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow. Afterwards, wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes.
  • Fist-bump or wave instead of shaking hands or hugging.
